In this ever-changing and uncertain time we know that you rely on us to continue to deliver the quality produce, goods, and service you expect from Royal Food Service. We are continuing to operate while following guidance from the CDC and public health officials on how to best keep our employees and customers healthy and safe.
In an effort to be mindful of CDC guidance regarding public contact and due to many food service establishment’s limited ability to operate amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are adjusting our delivery days and times. Please bear with us during this adjustment and know that our service and commitment to you remain our top priority.
Beginning March 23rd and for the foreseeable future, Royal will only be making deliveries on the following days:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Cities outside of the metro Atlanta area will receive deliveries on Monday and Friday.
We ask that customers consolidate orders to the best of their abilities and limit 2nd run requests.
Additionally, please note the following cutoff time adjustments:
Beginning Wednesday, March 18th all orders must be placed by 6 PM for next day delivery. Fresh-Cut order cutoff remains unchanged.

CUSTOMERS NEEDING TUESDAY AND THURSDAY ORDERS
Customers that require Tuesday or Thursday orders may call customer service or their sales rep to place orders.
Come to the warehouse for pick-up. Call 404-464-1129 upon arrival.
Please stay in your vehicle. We will come out and load your vehicle and give you your invoice.
