In addition to our state of the art HACCP approved facility, we are also proud to offer Certification classes. Our certified culinary instructor is available to present all the material and tests to get your staff certified. Brand protection is critical to the success of your business and we encourage you to enroll in one of our classes.
The state requires that every restaurant must have at least one manager or employee who is ServSafe certified. This certification is valid for 5 years.
The next ServSafe Class is January 15, 2009.
