1 oz - Dijon Mustard 1 tsp - Shallots, minced ½ cups - Clover Honey 3 oz - Raspberry Vinegar 1 ½ cups - Canola Oil 1 oz - Lime Juice ½ tsp - Worcestershire Sauce ¼ tsp - Tabasco Sauce 1 tbsp - Parsley, washed and chopped Kosher Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste. Directions: (This is made in a mixer.) Add mustard, shallots and honey in a mixing bowl. Add vinegar and turn mixer on medium speed. Slowly drizzle oil in until mixed with other ingredients. Add limejuice; Kosher Salt and Ground Black Pepper to taste. Serve over Crab and Berry Salad.
