___________________________________________________ Chef Scott Hemmerly Neo & The Mansion on Peachtree With more than a decade of experience, Executive Sous Chef Scott Hemmerly brings an extensive knowledge of culinary arts to NEO and The Mansion on Peachtree, (A Rosewood Hotel & Residence). Along with his expertly trained staff, Chef Hemmerly is responsible for overseeing The Mansion's catered events and the kitchen operations at NEO. Passionate about providing guests with local, sustainable dining options, Chef Hemmerly works closely with farmers and vendors to obtain the freshest ingredients available and to create delicious, inspiring dishes for his refreshing farm-to-table menus in NEO and his simple or elegant catered events. Prior to joining Rosewood in April 2008, Chef Hemmerly served as the Banquet Chef at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Buckhead and as Sous Chef at The Club at the Strand in Naples, Florida. He has also worked in various culinary capacities at such establishments as The Registry Resort & Club, Perona Farms, and Dexter's Wine and Bistro. Chef Hemmerly is a member of an elite group of award-winning Rosewood Chefs whose culinary styles and innovations bring accolades to Rosewood Hotels and Resorts throughout the collection.
